I had the pleasure of meeting Anke when I was looking for some direction in my life. I was given the
opportunity to modify and enhance my well-being with the help of a “life coach“.
It was necessary to “take the bull by the horns”, but how? With Anke’s
guidance, she helped me formulate tools and technique’s to master a healthier
way to live. I learned that if I set myself up with realistic expectations, I
had more of an opportunity to be successful in what I sought out to accomplish.
The idea of truly focusing on the future and what I could do today allowed me
to forget a past that kept me from going anywhere. I made goals that challenged
me to be accountable to me! Choices were being made that led me to believe in
myself and feel confident that I could tackle anything.
Anke had demonstrated a complete and genuine ability to help rebuild and
restore one’s soul. She had been my cheerleader, continuously rooting me on,
reminding me that we need to know what we want, in order to obtain it. It is
important to be true to yourself and in doing so, it is about discovering who
you are and all that you can be. I will always be forever grateful to this
woman who had entered my life and helped me “tweak” things here and there to
find balance and sustenance with a simplistic way of taking back my life.
