Meet Your Coach:

Anke Tracey is the owner of Coaching Life Actions, a career and life coaching practice based in central New Jersey. As an iPEC® Certified Empowerment Coach and Master Practitioner in Energy Leadership, Anke draws on her 20+ years of corporate business experience and broad Human Resources expertise to help individuals define and clarify goals and objectives, and develop strategies to close the gap between their current situations and where they would like to be in the future. Anke has a demonstrated record of success in building productive client relationships and motivating her clients to accomplish their personal and professional goals.

A graduate of Rider University, Anke obtained her Green-Belt Six-Sigma Certification in 2008 when she led a multi-million dollar corporate project that resulted in 20% annualized savings. After leaving the corporate world, Anke started her own business, Coaching Life Actions, which has enabled her to focus on her passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams. She works part-time for Right Management as a Career Consultant to help recently laid-off individuals transition to the next phase of their lives. Anke has also volunteered her time at the NORWESCAP Career & Life Transitions Center for Women where she helped to re-empower women who recently lost their means of financial support so that they could move on with their lives, and discover ways to be financially self-sufficient.

Anke is fluent in German and Spanish, and has studied at the University of Madrid. She is a member of the OGC networking group and a freelance columnist.
